ATTC cannot provide skilled needs (e.g., Hoyer lift, wound care, ostomy care).
Medicaid covers this under the Health & Wellness Waiver and Pathways program.
Notice of Action (NOA) must be available before services begin.
Also available through private pay (no waiver required).
