ALS Foundation
What's Included
The ALS Foundation provides funding for eligible individuals to cover in-home care services.
Each qualifying client receives a budget from the ALS Foundation that is applied to accrued service hours.
Once the budget is exhausted, services continue on a Private Pay basis.
ALS clients may choose their own schedule and personalize their care plan.
Flexible Care Options & Eligibility
Applicants must have a confirmed ALS diagnosis.
Applicants must demonstrate financial need and proof of residency.
Applicants must apply through the ALS Association and provide an official Award Letter.
Medicaid does not provide coverage for ALS Foundation services.
