What's Included
Light housekeeping includes, sweeping, mopping, and dusting throughout the bedrooms, kitchen and living room. The bathroom includes commode, sink and bath/shower.
Bedroom care involves making beds and changing linens.
Laundry service includes washing, drying, folding, and putting away clothes.
Trash removal ensures the safe and sanitary disposal of household waste.
Local transportation is provided for errands and non-medical community travel.
Flexible Care Options & Eligibility
Home & Community assistance cannot assist with ADL or skilled needs.
Medicaid does provide coverage for this service for individuals who obtain the Health & Wellness Waiver.
NOA (Notice of Action) must be made available to the provider before services begin.
These services can be made available without a Waiver through private pay services.
