Our Approach to Personalized Care
At Sandra Lees, we believe care should never be one-size-fits-all. Every client is met in person, and we work closely with them to develop a care plan that truly reflects their needs, preferences, and goals. Clients have complete flexibility in choosing their care schedules-whether they need help with daily activities, transportation, safety supervision, or companionship.
We also conduct quarterly check-ins and annual satisfaction visits to ensure our care continues to evolve with the client's needs, because life changes, and so should your care.
Staff Responsibilities
Every employee, regardless of service type, is expected to follow the written care plan, complete and maintain accurate records of daily activities, observations, and direct service hours, ensure that services are delivered in line with all relevant policies, procedures, and practices, and actively participate in orientation, in-service training sessions, and staff meetings.
